- Vomiting and diarrhea – We’ll treat your pet’s stomach problems, provide hydration, and assess the cause.
- Endoscopy/Foreign body removal – Pets surprise us with what they eat! Bring your pet to VEG immediately if they eat something they shouldn’t.
- Diagnostics and testing – Blood work, urinalysis, point of care ultrasound (POCUS), and x-rays are done right in our hospital for less wait time and fast results with review from a boarded radiologist.
- Surgery – no surgery too big or too small, including gastric dilatation and volvulus (GDV), emergency spaying due to pyometra, c-section for active dystocia, removal of the eye (enucleation), emergency amputation, cystotomy (removal of stones from the bladder) for those suffering from urinary blockage
- Blood or Plasma Transfusion
- Hospitalization – owners are welcome to stay overnight at VEG with their pet. We’ll ensure you’re comfortable, as your presence enhances your pet’s healing.
