Heart to Heart Mobile Pet Care, LLC was launched in April of 2022 due to a longing to provide more personalized care to pets in need.

Owner, Cynthia Chisolm had worked for different mobile vaccine companies for 5 years prior to stepping out on her own. While mobile vaccine clinics are a good concept, many animals  could greatly benefit from a veterinarian coming to their home – whether it be due to anxiety or physical disability. 
 
Dr. Chisolm is a mobile veterinarian focused on preventative medicine. She provides vaccinations and dewormings as well as heartworm and flea/tick medications. Her practice only sees healthy pets and do not do sick consults. All services are provided in your home. If on examination, Dr. Chisolm should find an ailment or condition that requires diagnostics, she will refer you to a full service veterinarian. Nail trims, anal glands, and ear cleanings can also be performed while at your home.

Dr. Chisolm partners with different pet facilities to hold vaccination clinics in addition to doing home visits. If at a clinic, she determines that a home visit is better, she can transition for the next appointment.
